Responsibilities Responsible for the overall Tech Refresh data analysis & visualization performed under this contract. Responsible for providing system data and process improvement recommendations for automation of Tech Refresh operations and data management. Provides project data, updates, and standings for future DIA and Defense Intelligence Enterprise growth within the scope of Tech Refresh, while preparing data requirements for schedule utilization, project success, implementation, and asset execution. Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data. Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets. Assign numerical values to essential business functions so that performance can be assessed and compared over time. Analyze local, national, and global trends impacting the organization and the industry. Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Work with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling informed decision-making. Seasoned technical contributor. Work independently with limited supervision. May manage projects and processes. Influence others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures. Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen. Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph. Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science. Demonstrated experience in collecting, acquiring, extracting, integrating, inspecting, cleaning, and modeling data. Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of experience (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years in data analysis experience. Knowledge and experience with data analysis, data management, engineering, and data science. Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict management, and critical thinking skills. Experience with dashboards and visualizations.
