Regional Marketing Operations Manager Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a Regional Marketing Operations Manager to spearhead the execution strategy across 3-4 divisions within a regional hub. The role involves overseeing Field Marketing Coordinators and collaborating with division sales leaders and regional marketing specialists to ensure brand consistency, marketing campaign execution, quality control, and operational alignment across all marketing touchpoints. Responsibilities Lead and manage the day‑to‑day execution of field marketing efforts, ensuring high‑quality implementation and alignment with regional and divisional marketing strategies. Serve as the operational link between regional leadership and division teams, translating strategic objectives into executable plans while maintaining brand integrity and timely delivery. Collaborate with the Regional Director of Marketing and Regional Integrated Marketing Manager to operationalize annual marketing goals into clear, actionable divisional execution plans. Review and approve the design and production of all signage assets, including flags, awnings, "coming soon" messaging, model signage, and event collateral. Provide daily coaching to Field Marketing Coordinators, fostering high performance and consistent execution across all field initiatives. Maintain proactive visibility into community launches, closeout timelines, and evolving sales needs to ensure marketing support is aligned and responsive. Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Arts degree (or equivalent) required; high school diploma or GED also acceptable. 5–7 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, or consumer‑facing industries. Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams. Resourceful and solution‑oriented. Monthly travel (3–4 assigned divisions) for field coaching and support of local marketing initiatives; gap coverage as needed. Confidence in using digital and analytical tools to monitor and optimize alignment between the online experience and Welcome Home Centers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $126,500 – $158,100 annually, adjusted for qualifications, location, and business factors. The position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
