Overview We have two sales manager opportunities for a boutique lifestyle brand hotel in the heart of Boston. We're looking for a Catering Sales Manager and a Business Travel Sales Manager who are passionate about introducing a new vision to the Boston market. About the Property This transitioning property features eight versatile meeting spaces totaling 5,678 square feet, strategically positioned to attract corporate meetings, association groups, university partnerships, sports travel, and social events. As part of our lifestyle brand transition, we are reimagining the business travel experience, creating a destination that blends hospitality, creativity, and authentic local connection. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of hotel sales experience within a full service hotel environment Proven success driving transient revenue growth and managing corporate accounts Experience with hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools such as Delphi, Salesforce, CI/TY, or STR Flexible schedule for client events, networking, and occasional travel Preferred Experience in lifestyle, boutique, or repositioned hotel environments Existing relationships within the Greater Boston corporate travel market Familiarity with GDS, consortia, and corporate booking platforms Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Passion for hospitality, culture, design, and guest experience Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus We\'re building a team culture rooted in personal growth, community, collaboration, and the genuine success of every team member.
