We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Indian market. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment where you will utilize your sales skills and knowledge of the Indian market to drive business growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the Indian market Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners in India Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends in the Indian market Lead negotiations with clients to secure new contracts Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager preferably in the Indian market Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus Strong understanding of cultural differences between India and the USA Ability to travel frequently within India for client meetings; visa sponsorship provided Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred Benefits Competitive salary of 1700$ per month Accommodation provided Visa sponsorship provided We are committed to diversity and welcome applicants of all nationalities.
