Project Manager, Preconstruction

Angott Search Group is proud to partner with global leader in renewable power, in the search for a Project Manager, Preconstruction.

This key role is responsible for preparing onshore wind, solar, and energy storage projects for construction, ensuring all engineering, permitting, procurement, and logistical components are in place to enable a seamless transition to execution. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth, project management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills to help the company deliver world-class renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preconstruction planning, scheduling, and engineering coordination for renewable projects
• Ensure civil, electrical, and permitting milestones are met ahead of construction
• Manage contractor and vendor engagement in partnership with engineering, development, and procurement teams
• Identify risks, incorporate lessons learned, and maintain project readiness from design through mobilization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of renewable energy project or construction management experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• PMP certification a plus; ability to travel up to 25%
