L&D Programme Lead (18-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Location:Dublin 2 Contract:18-Month Fixed-Term Contract Start Date:August / September We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experiencedL&D Programme Leadto join their Learning & Development team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a learning and development professional with strong end-to-end programme management experience to play a key role in delivering impactful professional development initiatives, including a flagship learning programme and onboarding activities. The Opportunity Working closely with the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will lead the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of a range of learning programmes that support employee development across the organisation. This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to mentor and support junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of learning and development programmes, from planning and design through to delivery and evaluation. Coordinate and deliver professional development and onboarding programmes. Manage programme timelines, communications, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. Monitor programme effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers where required. Support and mentor junior members of the Learning & Development team. Contribute to the ongoing development of innovative learning solutions and initiatives. You will bring: Proven experience managing learning and development programmes from concept through to evaluation. Strong project and programme management skills. Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities. A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach. Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues within a team environment.
