Project Manager Construction Sector An established construction contractor is seeking an experiencedProject Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through to final handover. The successful candidate will lead project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion. Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Interpret design documents and liaise with consultants, architects, and engineers. Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and suppliers. Prepare detailed site reports and provide regular updates to senior management. Oversee daily site activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements Minimum4+ years experience in a Project Management role (Ireland/EU experience). Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with the ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
