Junior Estimator (Co Clare) Key 2 Recruitmenthas been retained by an established expanding Clare based company to recruit a Junior Estimator to join their existing team. Overview. The Estimator will be responsible for supporting the commercial, estimating, and project delivery functions of the business through accurate estimating, tender preparation and technical coordination. The role works closely with sales, engineering, operations, suppliers, and clients to ensure commercially viable and technically compliant project solutions. The role will provide a remuneration package of between €40000 to €47000 (dependant on experience) The role will also provide aCompany Pension ,Health Care and bonus. Roles & Responsibilities Description: Key Responsibilities Estimating & Tender Coordination Review tender documentation, specifications, drawings, and client requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial quotations. Compile tender submissions and supporting technical proposals. Interpret architectural and technical drawings to assess project scope. Identify commercial risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities. Monitor estimating enquiries and tender correspondence. Maintain opportunities, quotations, and project information. Organise and maintain project and commercial documentation. Support internal reporting and project tracking requirements. Review contract terms and identify commercial risks and obligations. Maintain commercial documentation and project records. Assist with cost tracking, variations, and commercial reporting throughout project delivery. Liaise with engineering, design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility. Prepare preliminary layouts and technical submissions.
