The Company My client is a growing business within the renewable energy sector, focused on delivering solar PV and heat pump solutions.
The company is entering a key phase of expansion and requires strong operational leadership to support scalable growth, improve delivery performance and implement effective structures across the business.
The Role This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for day-to-day operations across installation activities.
The successful candidate will take ownership of operational performance, develop systems and processes and build a high-performing team.
Duties include: Leading and managing installation teams, surveyors, and support staff.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Designing and improving operational processes and workflows.
Increasing installation capacity while maintaining quality.
Monitoring KPIs and delivering structured performance reports.
Coordinating across sales, design, and administrative functions.
Overseeing quality control and enhancing customer experience.
Supporting the development and integration of the heat pump division.
Managing supplier relationships and improving logistics efficiency.
Driving continuous improvement through data and feedback.
Requirements Proven experience in operations management within construction, renewables, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of solar PV, heat pumps, or mechanical/electrical installations.
Experience managing field-based and multi-site teams.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to implement systems and processes from the ground up.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A hands-on approach with a focus on delivery and results.
Location This is an onsite role based in Shannon, with responsibility for overseeing multiple operational activities. xyswxtq
