Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to capture and define CRM requirements Translate business needs into functional CRM solutions within Dynamics 365 Configure core CRM components including entities, workflows, dashboards, and reporting Work with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and data migration activities Facilitate workshops and support solution validation with business users Contribute to test planning and support UAT execution Support delivery planning within Agile or traditional project frameworks Provide ongoing input into system improvements and optimisation Assist with post-go-live support and issue resolution Key Skills 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Strong background in CRM functional consulting or business analysis Experience running workshops and producing functional documentation (user stories, specs, process flows) Strong understanding of CRM processes across sales, service, and marketing Experience working with technical teams on integrations and data migration Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) Microsoft certification (desirable) Strong stakeholder management and communication Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland without restriction. xyswxtq
