American Plastics, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative plastic‑injection molded products for the household & garage storage and commercial cleaning end‑markets. We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing business across Sam’s Club, with additional support for Walmart as needed. This role will be in Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville or surrounding areas) and will report to the VP of Sales as an individual contributor.
This position plays a critical role in enabling sales growth by ensuring accurate reporting, system execution, item setup, and operational excellence across key retail platforms.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain shared reporting and analytics for Sam’s Club and Walmart
Manage DSV order performance and defective reporting, identifying trends and issues
Execute item setup and ongoing item maintenance across retailer systems
Create and maintain GTINs in accordance with retailer and data governance requirements
Set up and maintain dotcom content and product images to ensure accuracy and completeness
Serve as Retail Link administrator, including access management, reporting support, and troubleshooting
Partner with Sales leadership to support customer needs and growth initiatives
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure accurate data flow and operational execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience considered in lieu
3–5 years of experience supporting Walmart and/or Sam’s Club
Hands‑on experience with the following:
Retail Link – Admin experience preferred.
Shared report creation and maintenance across multiple categories
Item setup and item maintenance
Familiarity with GTIN creation and item data governance
DSV order and defect reporting experience preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills
MS Office Suites – advanced Excel proficiency required
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, retail‑focused environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
At least 18 years of age
Eligible to work in the United States of America
Pass a Pre‑Employment Drug Screen & Authorize Background Check
