Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed. The following is MUST: Field tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac. • TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing What will the work schedule be for this position?
