Responsibilities
Create custom Salesforce queries using SOQL and integrate data with external systems.
Understand and manage Salesforce objects and data structures, ensuring best practices for data management.
Develop, test, and maintain pipeline architecture and data infrastructure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop new data solutions accordingly.
Investigate and analyze the feasibility of data integration prototypes and program requirements.
Implement and support reporting and analytics infrastructure using data integration services such as Apache Kafka, Mulesoft, and Salesforce.
Develop, test, and deploy code using internal software development toolsets, including code for deploying secure data storage, data catalogs, and data queries.
Lead complex projects or support larger initiatives as part of a team.
Research, analyze, and propose effective solutions related to system developments and enhancements.
Guide internal business customers to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL solutions to solve reporting and analytics problems.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce environments.
Proficiency in Apache Kafka and Apache Spark.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and database management.
Knowledge of EO/IR systems.
Ability to implement complex algorithms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics.
Proficiency in Apache Hadoop and API development.
Experience with AWS technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically life insurance, is a plus.
