This role is the engineering and automation backbone of that mission. You will own and scale the data infrastructure behind our source-of-truth datasets, KPI pipelines, and dashboards, and build the agentic tooling that automates how our team works. A significant focus is market data engineering, partnering directly with external vendors to design and integrate API-based data feeds (e.g., registrations, market share) for our planning and Customer Insights teams. This is a senior individual-contributor role: you will set technical direction and act as the go-to expert for our data platform and agentic stack.
What You'll Do
Define and maintain metrics, semantic layer logic, datasets and data visualization to understand and track sales business performance working with the Sales Operations team
Work on various data-driven projects including data analysis, modeling, and reporting
Collaborate with the Business Analytics and Data Engineering teams to gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources using SQL, Tableau and other data analysis tools
Develop a deep understanding of our sales and order fulfillment processes and related performance indicators
Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and optimization using data insights
Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and business stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
Leverage gen AI and agentic workflows to democratize access to data and insights
Communicate effectively with leaders to identify and address areas for improvement
Act as a database and system expert, providing support to users on related applications
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business or related field and 2-3 years of work experience, or equivalent experience
3 year(s) of experience in conducting data analytics within context of business operations related to automotive, sustainable energy or high-tech industries
3 years of experience in SQL /Python for data extraction and analysis
1 to 3 year(s) of experience in Tableau or any other visualization tools
Strong knowledge of Database Management concepts and agentic workflows
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and with project management concepts and tools (Agile, daily scrum, Jira, etc.)
Experience analyzing data sets and providing insights and clear recommendations based on findings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Can do attitude and self-driven individual
Strong English written and verbal communication skills

Expected Compensation $92,000 - $138,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
