Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM discipline, Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred
Software Engineering Management or Software Engineering Team Lead experience
Software development or networking experience
Agile development experience
Desired Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket) and Gitlab
Experience with Process Improvement and Affordability initiatives
Advanced knowledge of CI/CD principles
Experience with Model-Based Engineering (Cameo)
Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) experience
Project Management experience
Experience preparing and delivering briefings to leadership
