Retail Sales Consultant – AT&T It’s time to advance your sales career at AT&T. You’ll be at the center of it all, creating meaningful connections with every customer through a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities Guide customers through product options on the sales floor. Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance. Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Qualifications Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no experience is acceptable as AT&T will provide training, tools, and coaching. Strong drive and passion for helping people. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $63,000 based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary is tied to meeting or exceeding all sales goals. Uncapped commission opportunities are available for top sellers.
