Job Summary WINTrio LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to support a federal program responsible for managing and overseeing large-scale ecosystem restoration initiatives. This position provides data management, records tracking, SharePoint support, reporting, documentation development, and program coordination services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with experience supporting federal programs, maintaining records, tracking assignments, preparing reports, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and experience working within Microsoft Office and SharePoint environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support data entry, records management, and information tracking activities.
Assist with preparation, validation, and quality control of datasets for SharePoint and other program systems.
Maintain records tracking spreadsheets and monitor progress toward compliance requirements.
Coordinate with program staff and records management personnel to identify, organize, and resolve documentation issues.
Track completion of program activities, field site visits, reviews, and required documentation.
Maintain assignment trackers, action item logs, schedules, and status reports.
Organize program documentation and support development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Attend meetings, capture meeting notes, document action items, and distribute meeting summaries.
Support drafting, formatting, editing, and finalization of reports, presentations, graphics, and other program documents.
Assist with development of PowerPoint presentations, charts, and visual reporting products.
Prepare bi-weekly status reports and provide updates on assigned tasks and initiatives.
Coordinate with federal stakeholders, contractors, and geographically dispersed teams to support program objectives.
Support compliance with federal records management, privacy, and data protection requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting federal, state, local government, or large organizational programs.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Experience organizing, maintaining, and analyzing data for reporting and operational purposes.
Experience preparing reports, presentations, meeting notes, and administrative documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Ability to successfully pass a federal background investigation.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Familiarity with Federal Records Act requirements and records retention practices.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
Work Environment
Full-time position.
Primarily on-site in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Standard business hours Monday through Friday.
Occasional travel may be required in support of program activities.
