Your Role Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Partner with Wealth Management leadership, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, including dashboards, reporting frameworks, and key performance indicators
Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and data models using approved data sources to support decision-making across the firm
Develop and manage standardized reporting and data products, reducing duplication and promoting a single source of truth
Support and uphold data governance standards, including:
Data definitions and documentation
Alignment to approved data sources
Data access and security protocols
Create and monitor data quality and exception reporting, identifying and escalating issues related to data integrity across systems such as Black Diamond and CRM platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting and analytics solutions are accurate, auditable, and aligned with firm policies and risk management expectations
Serve as a consultative partner to end users, helping them interpret data, understand underlying assumptions, and apply insights effectively
Manage and prioritize a reporting and analytics backlog, working within established workflows to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on data integration, system enhancements, and analytics initiatives, including supporting ETL/ELT processes and API-based data connections
Present insights and reporting outputs to various audiences, including leadership, partners, and operational teams
Create and maintain documentation on data sources, reporting logic, processes, and user guidance materials
Assist with additional Wealth Management data, reporting, and technology projects, as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field required
3+ years of business experience in the investment, banking or accounting field required
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices)
Power Automate (workflow automation, process optimization, and integration across systems)
Power Apps (dataverse tables, data collection, environment maintenance)
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
Experience with data integration concepts, including APIs and ETL/ELT processes
Understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, data lineage, and access controls
Familiarity with Wealth Management systems (e.g., portfolio management, CRM, or similar platforms)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into data solutions
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality, and auditable outputs
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
Familiarity with emerging analytics tools, cloud data platforms, or machine learning/artificial intelligence concepts is a plus

Additional Information This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
Compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $64,500.00 - $90,500.00.
