The compensation range for this position is $97,564.90 to $127,510.34 annually . The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus. What you will own & improve
Develop and maintain Inspection and Test Plans for turbo‑expander projects
Review project specifications to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements
Support manufacturing and production processes to verify requirements are followed and met
Create and maintain quality assurance documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement of the QA knowledge base
Support delivery of high‑quality, reliable turbomachinery products and ensure compliance with industry standards
What you already know
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Mechanical aptitude and ability to develop technical knowledge of turboexpanders
Strong technical writing skills
Familiarity with API, ASTM, ASME standards (preferred)
Physical Requirements / Essential Functions
Office and manufacturing environments
Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and safety boots
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Codes, standards and specifications applicable to turbo‑expanders
This role reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and is part of a team of six people.
Location: Santa Maria, CA, United States. The position requires on‑site work at our office.
