This role is a great fit for individuals with warehouse or logistics experience who are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring accuracy, quality, and process consistency. You'll spend your day checking shipments, verifying inventory, catching errors, and helping the team keep operations accurate and running smoothly.
Schedule
1st Shift Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with a
8:00 AM or 4:30 PM start time
, depending on job responsibilities.
Pay and Benefits$20.50-$26.00 per hour
Starting Pay: $20.50-$26.00 per hour
Hourly or Incentive Bonus
Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)

Qualifications
Prior warehouse quality assurance experience strongly preferred.
Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple demands, and meet deadlines through effective communication and collaboration
Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to
50 lbs
, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to
30 feet
, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems, along with beginner to intermediate computer skills
Regular and reliable attendance
and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to following all
safety policies and PPE requirements
Ability to work overtime
including extended hours as needed based on business demands
Responsibilities
Verify materials against paperwork and system records to ensure accuracy
Identify and resolve discrepancies with inventory or shipments
Support audits and document quality findings
Help improve processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency
Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures

Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented work environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall-protection equipment when required
Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Pay Range:
$15.00 - $27.36
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles
OR
Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
