Continued professional development educational grants available to teams and individuals About this role The successful candidate will possess: A minimum level 8 degree in Social Care and 4 years experience of working in a social care grade with young people OR Level 7 in Social Care and a relevant management qualification and 4 years experience of working at a social care grade with young people.
Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve.

A current full clean Driving License prior to commencement of employment.
