BIM Team Lead (Amsterdam) BIM Team Lead required to join one of Europe's largest General Contractors on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The successful BIM Team Lead will lead and manage BIM delivery across the project, ensuring coordination, compliance with BIM standards, and successful project execution across all disciplines. Responsibilities: Lead BIM delivery and coordination for the project. Ensure BIM standards, processes, and procedures are followed by project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians. Coordinate with package managers and site engineers on complex MEP installations. Support project teams with BIM-related technical expertise and guidance. Identify, manage, and resolve design clashes and coordination issues. Produce and oversee BIM deliverables, including drawings, schedules, and specifications. Drive BIM innovation and improvements through new technologies and processes. Requirements: Strong Revit experience with an MEP focus. AutoCAD experience preferred. Navisworks experience advantageous. 6+ years' experience delivering large-scale construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
