The role is a mix offactory-based project coordination with on-site delivery, giving you responsibility for managing projects from design and manufacturing through to installation, commissioning, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities Manage the successful delivery of modular construction projects from commencement through to completion.
Develop and monitor project programmes, ensuring manufacturing, logistics, and site activities remain aligned.
Coordinate design, production, procurement, quality, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, resource planning, and commercial performance.
Lead client, consultant, subcontractor, and internal project meetings.
Monitor programme performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Oversee site installation activities, ensuring works are completed safely and to specification.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Review technical drawings and project documentation while supporting commissioning and project handover.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Must have 5+ years experience managing construction projects.
Proven experience delivering projects safely, on programme, and within budget.
Strong understanding of project planning, sequencing, procurement, and construction methodologies.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to solve project challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. xyswxtq
Full clean Irish driving licence and able to commute between Galway and Clare.
