You will execute and oversee delivery, run workshops and manage stakeholders across multiple systems, data feeds and integrations, with the majority of your time driving issues and blockers to resolution.
This role requires deep experience in large, complex data projects in funds/asset management/investments, including data integration, complexity and quality, plus systematic edge case and exception handling from design through cutover and post-go-live.
Funds/Asset Management/ Investments knowledge is critical.
You will maintain programme artefacts (plans, RAID, status reports, dashboards) and use Microsoft Copilot and other AI/automation tools daily, What youll do Run and oversee the programme plan, RAID governance, issues, dependencies and milestones.
Lead integration heavy workstreams, with huge complexity, with multiple systems, data feeds and third parties.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder forums to resolve blockers and drive decisions.
Maintain programme artefacts (plans, RAID, status reports, dashboards) and use Microsoft Copilot daily to draft, update and analyse them.
Systematically identify edge cases and lead exception handling for complex, fund-focused data programmes from design through cutover and post go-live.
Managing key specialist stakeholders across a matrix, BAU, dispersed organisation.
What youll bring Min 6+ years working in a Senior Project / Programme or Transformation delivery role.
Must have delivered complex data and integration transformations in Funds / Asset Management / Investments experience is essential Experience with large, complex data projects, data quality, data flows and edge case/exception handling in fund or financial data contexts Strong RAID, governance and change management discipline; comfortable driving issues and risks to resolution.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills; curious, analytical and execution focused.
Hands-on with enterprise delivery/automation tools (e.g., JIRA, Power Apps, Power BI) and AI tooling.
Execution focused and delivery-driven; gets complex programmes over the line.
Highly organised, disciplined and comfortable maintaining rigour in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Curious, analytical mindset; asks the right questions and facilitates groups to solve them.
