Role:Senior Engineer Project:Large-scaleResidential Project Essentials:HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, minimum of 5 years similar experiencein Ireland, strong project management skills. Location:Co. Cork - several locations Salary:€70,000 - €80,000 Package:Annual bonuses, company car, pension, health insurance, annual salary reviews, life assurance, income protection, travel schemes and more Overseeing:Site management, quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder relationships Manage health and safety performance across the site Coordinate subcontractors and service providers to meet programme, testing and commissioning targets Monitor and control quality standards to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and design requirements Review design information, attend design team meetings and resolve technical issues Carry out regular site inspections and maintain quality assurance documentation Manage assigned work packages, including sequencing, coordination and delivery Liaise with third-party stakeholders such as utility providers and local authorities Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to improve efficiency and project outcomes
