Technical Sales Representative - Aggregate
Develop and grow a high value project pipeline across the Greater Seattle and Greater Tacoma markets, targeting commercial, residential, and infrastructure opportunities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing expertise on aggregate products, specifications, and applications while ensuring responsive service and issue resolution
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share, while building and strengthening long term relationships with contractors, estimators, and project stakeholders
Oversee and coordinate sales activities across multiple aggregate sites, aligning customer demand with production capabilities, logistics, and quality standards
Manage the sales pipeline and order book, delivering accurate forecasting, pricing strategies, and market insights to support business planning
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage complex customer relationships in a competitive market
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product specifications and solutions
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills across a range of stakeholders
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines
This position operates in a dynamic environment that includes a combination of office work, customer site visits, and travel within the assigned territory. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external customers in construction and industrial settings.
