We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales of biometric passport services in Las Vegas, USA. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and expansion Prepare proposals, presentations and contracts for clients Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the biometric passport industry Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Willingness to travel for business purposes if required No English language skills required, as the target market is primarily Indian expats Open to Indian nationals currently living in Las Vegas or willing to relocate Compensation $1,600 per month plus commission.
