Position Overview We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta. This is a contract job with a salary of $900 per month plus commission. Accommodation will be provided for non‑local candidates and we also offer visa sponsorship for those who do not have their own visa. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasting, and budgeting Requirements Previous experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or Team Leader Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Knowledge of CRM software is an asset No prior experience in the field of sales is required as we provide comprehensive training for freshers Willingness to work on a contract basis with the potential for permanent employment Additional Information English proficiency is not required for this position as we welcome foreigners who are looking to start their career in sales.
