Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Central Illinois - 2 hours south of Chicago, IL Salary: $140K$150K Onsite - Relocation Available No visa sponsorship for this position Looking for more than just budgeting and forecasting? This is a high-visibility opportunity with a growing PE-backed manufacturer where you'll partner directly with the CFO and leadership team to drive financial performance, operational decision-making, and business growth. In addition to leading FP&A, you'll oversee project estimating, giving you direct influence on profitability, pricing, costing, and strategic planning.

What you'll own:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Manufacturing financial analysis, costing, and margin improvement
• Executive, board, and lender reporting
• Project estimation leadership and continuous improvement
• KPI development and business performance insights

We're looking for:

• CPA required
• 5+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing
• Strong financial modeling and costing experience
• Ability to influence operational and commercial leaders
• Experience in a PE-backed environment is a plus
