Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Driven team member looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Position Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales/Lead Sales Team along with our Manager
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience is a must (Spa, Waxing/tanning Center, Gym, Wellness Center background are all a good fit)
• Able to work flexible days and hours
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
• Leadership experience is not necessary, we will train the right candidate, as long as you come in with proven sales results

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
