Responsibilities:- Assist in managing project lifecycles from planning through closeout.
- Support development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and help resolve issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting.
- Participate in procurement and vendor selection processes.
- Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in facilities or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of critical systems (e.g., HVAC, UPS, generators).
- PMP or CAPM certification (or in progress).
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- Exposure to data center or mission-critical environments.

Estimated total compensation for this position: 77,830.00 135,450.00 USD per year
Location: On-site Hopkinton, MA, Round Rock, TX
