*MaxAbility *is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. Full time and part time position(s) available in school settings in the Omaha, Nebraska / Council Bluffs, Iowa area.

At MaxAbility Therapy Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, physical, and sensory challenges. Our team of dedicated therapists works collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans designed to help children reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
*Position Overview:*
As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
* Develop individualized education plans based on student needs and goals.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
* Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate students and their families about communication disorders and treatment strategies.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska and/or Iowa.
* New graduates are considered, with supervision provided for completing their clinical fellowship year.
* Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and therapeutic interventions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
