HR Manager Location: Drogheda, Co. Louth Salary: €65,000 Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting a diverse workforce across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a broad and hands-on HR service, partnering with managers and employees across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role will suit an individual who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy operational setting, and can balance day-to-day HR activities with continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and managers on a wide range of people-related matters, providing practical HR support and guidance. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation management, performance support, employee relations, absence management, contractual changes, and offboarding. Act as the primary point of contact for HR queries, policies, procedures, and employee documentation. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, templates, and correspondence. Manage HR systems, reporting processes, and people data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and business requirements. Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and ways of working. Collaborate closely with payroll and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate employee data and documentation are processed in a timely manner. Provide employee relations support and guidance in line with company policy and employment legislation. Promote a positive workplace culture by supporting managers and fostering a professional employee experience. About You The successful candidate will: Build strong relationships across the organisation and become a trusted advisor to managers and employees. Be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of priorities and outcomes. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting both people and business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or a related discipline, and/or CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience as an HR Manager, People Manager, or standalone HR Generalist. Proven experience managing employee relations matters and applying HR best practices. Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for people and organisational development. What's on Offer Competitive salary of €65,000. Permanent position based in Drogheda.
