Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HR professional to support their people function across multiple sites, partnering with managers and senior leadership to drive best practice and employee engagement.
Your New Role Reporting to the Group Financial Director, you'll provide HR support across multiple business divisions, partnering with managers to deliver effective people solutions.
Key duties include: Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
Providing HR advice and support to managers.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee development.
Ensuring compliance with NI and ROI employment legislation.
Maintaining HR records, policies and systems.
Supporting employee engagement and wider HR initiatives.
What You'll Need 4-5 years' experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
Experience managing employee relations cases.
Knowledge of NI and ROI employment legislation.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) or a degree in HR or a related discipline.
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between Monaghan and Omagh.
What's on Offer €38,000-€45,000 depending on experience.
Monday-Friday working pattern.
