Working on major commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical and residential projects, you will lead the coordination and delivery of all Mechanical & Electrical services from design through to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical services on site.
Manage MEP subcontractors, consultants and design teams.
Review drawings and resolve design coordination issues.
Monitor quality, programme and statutory compliance.
Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover.
Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
Requirements Degree or qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5+ years experience in a Building Services or M&E management role.
Main contractor experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning.
Excellent communication and coordination skills. xyswxtq
