THE POSITION Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Principal
- Executive Search will lead the delivery of retained executive search assignments across a diverse portfolio of client organisations while contributing strategically to the continued growth and success of the firm.
The successful individual will build trusted client relationships, advise on leadership and talent strategies, identify, assess and secure senior executive talent, and deliver exceptional outcomes through a highly consultative and professional approach.
The role offers the opportunity to develop recognised sector expertise, lead strategic business development initiatives, represent the firm across key markets and industry forums, and contribute directly to the firm's commercial growth.
Working within a collaborative, high-performing environment, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening the firm's market position while delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of success within executive search or professional recruitment, with previous experience managing retained or exclusive client engagements highly desirable.
They will hold a relevant Degree, Master's Degree, Master of Business Administration or recognised professional qualification, together with exceptional relationship management, communication and influencing skills, strong commercial judgement and an unwavering commitment to client service excellence.
They will demonstrate integrity, resilience and leadership capability, with the ability to develop enduring client relationships while identifying and engaging exceptional executive talent.
Experience using client relationship management systems, Microsoft Office applications and professional networking platforms, together with excellent organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach, will be essential.
