Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this is a broad, hands-on role spanning facilities, finance administration, IT coordination, executive team support, sustainability reporting, and employee engagement for a leading corporate organisation.
Salary: €30,000pa plus €3,500 contract completion bonus Contract: Fixed-term, maternity cover (15 months) Location: Dublin 2/Hybrid Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and Head of People and Culture Processing and reconciling high volumes of invoices, statements, and credit card costs, resolving discrepancies as they arise Office manager duties across day-to-day facilities, maintenance, supplies, and landlord/supplier liaison, including cost management Managing IT onboarding for new employees devices, software licences, and system access ahead of start dates Liaising with the IT support team in London to resolve issues and set up new users Managing the company mobile phone fleet, including ordering, supplier liaison, and budget oversight Working with the Head of People and Culture to plan and deliver employee engagement and wellness initiatives Answering and directing incoming calls, and managing front-of-house operations including greeting visitors and handling deliveries What We're Looking For At least 3 years experience in an administration, operations, or office management role Relevant third-level qualification.
Knowledge of sustainability reporting tools such as Watershed is a plus Experience with IT onboarding or managing technology assets is an advantage High attention to detail, particularly in finance and data tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional telephone manner and front-of-house presentation Apply: send your CV to Jane Ryan via the link below. xyswxtq
