Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $90,000.Job Details$0.62 - $0.67 per mile Live stop pay: $60 per stop Drop/hook pay: $30 Detention: $22 - $30 per hour, after 1 hour.Hazmat load: $40Driver unload: $45Driver assist: $25Yard checks: $22 per hourRefused delivery: $30Crosstown: $25Mechanical breakdown, tractor repositioning, waiting for power unit: $22 per hourSafety training: $22 per hourIn classroom safety training or round table meetings: $40 per hourReefer load: $40Trainee pay: $200 per day Layover: $100 (must meet layover criteria)Driver Benefits:
