Change Manager

Location: Houston, TX, with some travel

Duration: 10 month + Contract

OCM Job Responsibilities

• Develop communication plans to build awareness and buy-in (whats in it for me)
• Assess stakeholder expectations and build engagement approaches to partner with the business to increase speed of adoption
• Identify organizational impacts of these initiatives and develop strategies that lead to successful adoption
• Activate business and function leaders to lead the change within their area of responsibility
• Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Creates and enables reinforcements and celebrations of success to increase employee engagement and buy-in.
• Analyze skills/learning needs and develop training approaches and curricula to help workforce adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Assess organization alignment and readiness for change and develop interventions to improve
• Create and assist in the creation of adoption strategies for changes
• Track and report on key metrics around adoption and change success

Required Skills: This person needs to come from a large enterprise company. If this person has supply chain OCM project experience, it is a huge plus. If this person comes from an oil and gas company, this is also a huge plus. Basic Qualification: need a sr. level resource with ideally 7+ yrs of OCM experience. Additional Skills: need a sr.
