Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with professionalism and product knowledge. Provide in-depth information on appliances to meet customer requirements. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Sales Expertise: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific needs. Recommend appliances based on customer preferences and requirements. Facilitate effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Showcase an advanced understanding of appliance features, specifications, and industry trends. Stay updated on the latest advancements in the appliance market.
• Sales Performance: Contribute significantly to monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Actively approach customers to drive sales and foster lasting relationships.
