Warehouse Manager

We have an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and optimize warehouse processes. Work hours are from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

• Manage warehouse staff, maintain system data integrity, and coordinate with customer service, marketing, sales, and finance teams using NetSuite ERP
• Ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, transfer, and organization of products to designated program areas for distribution in collaboration with program staff
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Process items receipts, transfer, and fulfillment transactions in NetSuite ERP
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy within the system
• Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Generate inventory stock movement and performance reports
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Support audits by providing accurate system reports and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
