Waco, TX On-Site Monday-Thursday, 1st Shift
The Compliance Auditor is responsible for ensuring the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) adheres to AS9100/AS9110 standards and aerospace industry requirements. This role involves planning, organizing, and conducting internal audits across the Waco, TX site to assess the effectiveness of processes, systems, and the adherence to regulatory requirements. The auditor will evaluate the degree of compliance, identify risks, non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, and report audit findings to management. Must be able to obtain a security clearance Review documentation including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records In office areas, manufacturing and special processing environments, aircraft hangars, inside aircraft, flightline, and other areas within the scope of the QMS. Ability to wear required PPE and adhere to the company safety policy (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety toed shoes, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. AS9100 and/or AS9110 Lead Auditor certification from an accredited training provider Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and perform analysis using quality tools
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Solumina, etc.) Ability to access ITAR controlled items and/or articles
