Business Analyst – Work Bundling We are seeking a Business Analyst – Process Automation & Business Development to support operational excellence, data analytics, workflow automation, and strategic growth initiatives. This role combines business analysis, process improvement, Power Platform development, and client-facing business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop technology-driven solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, and the ability to effectively engage clients, develop proposals, and contribute to business development efforts. 5‑10% travel.
Responsibilities
Support business development efforts by identifying operational challenges, client needs, and opportunities for service expansion.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand business objectives and develop solution‑oriented recommendations.
Assist in the development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), presentations, and business cases.
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process automation, technology adoption, and operational improvements that deliver measurable value to clients.
Track business development activities, opportunities, and key metrics through CRM platforms and reporting tools.
Support client relationship management efforts by maintaining regular communication, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow‑up on commitments.
Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and help identify new service offerings, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting business development, client engagement, account management, or strategic growth initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to develop presentations, proposals, and executive‑level communications.
Experience working directly with clients and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
Experience supporting proposal development, RFP responses, and contract pursuits.
Assist in building basic MVPs or prototypes for process or data improvements.
Ability to translate business needs into data or reporting requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Proficiency in data related tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate (hands‑on experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of data concepts and principles and familiarity with data management and analysis techniques (SQL, Python, Power Query).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience in data coordination or related roles is a plus.
