Data Governance Analyst Location: Remote Hybrid (Remote with occasional onsite visits to Columbus, OH)
We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst to partner with business and data teams to implement and operationalize enterprise data governance. This hands-on role focuses on Microsoft Purview, data lineage, metadata management, and Microsoft Fabric integration to improve data trust, transparency, and compliance across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data definitions, ownership, glossaries, and governance policies
Configure and manage Microsoft Purview for data cataloging, lineage, classification, and metadata management
Develop and maintain end-to-end data lineage across ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers
Support Microsoft Fabric governance by ensuring datasets are discoverable, trusted, and reusable
Define and monitor data quality metrics and support compliance initiatives
Maintain governance documentation and support continuous improvement and enablement
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in Data Governance, Data Engineering, or Analytics
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview
Experience delivering data lineage, catalogs, glossaries, and data dictionaries
Experience with Azure-based data platforms and Microsoft Fabric
Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of ETL / ELT pipelines
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
Willingness to travel occasionally to Columbus, OH

AWS ML/MLOps Consultant We are looking for an AWS ML/MLOps Consultant to support the development and maturation of a cloud-based MLOps capability designed to operationalize anomaly detection models for industrial equipment monitoring. The focus is on strengthening model performance, ensuring production reliability, and delivering scalable batch inference solutions within an AWS environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement reusable feature engineering pipelines, including mechanisms to monitor data and model drift
Improve the robustness, performance, and stability of existing anomaly detection models operating in production
Partner with subject matter experts to validate model results and ensure alignment with real-world operational needs
Establish tooling for experiment management, model versioning, and artifact storage to support repeatable ML workflows
Build and deploy batch inference pipelines leveraging managed AWS services
Connect model outputs to reporting, visualization, and alerting platforms for operational visibility
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting machine learning systems in production environments
Experience designing and deploying batch-based inference workloads at scale
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services commonly used for MLOps, including SageMaker, ECS, and Step Functions
Background in building end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion through deployment and monitoring
Working knowledge of gradient boosting frameworks such as LightGBM and XGBoost
Prior exposure to industrial, energy, or asset performance monitoring use cases is a plus
Business Analyst As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and create actionable solutions for our clients. Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
