We’re looking for an ambitious individual to deliver outstanding Expert Services. As a Consultant, your role will include completing project work within expected timeframes and being willing and able to report on progress. This role will most likely suit a technical individual with a proven record of adapting to multiple technological platforms and the ability to manage time independently across numerous projects. You should have the energy and drive to be part of a business scaling up and thus be excited to get involved with many varied and exciting projects.
*Responsibility*
● Create, monitor and correct project direction, approach and key deliverables
● Support colleagues where required with ongoing projects
● Work with growing businesses and engage relevant stakeholders to ensure success
● Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients
● Identify and proactively manage key risk areas
● Team player with the ability to adapt communication and interaction styles to best suit an audience, situation, or desired outcome
*Required Skills*
● Proven ability to learn new skills and systems quickly
● Strong analytical and decision-making skills
● Experience with Fin and Intercom helpdesk
● Strong presentation and facilitation skills
● Experience working in a client-focused environment
● Ability to manage workload and targets independently
● Willingness to travel throughout the UK & Europe where necessary
*Desired Skills*
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Awareness of project management methodologies
● Computer literate with experience in Google Workspace
● Experience working as an implementation consultant, deploying software solutions
● Motivated to learn and improve with the support of colleagues
*Location*
● This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Birmingham, Reading or Stockport offices

*Remuneration*
● £26,000 - £30,000 pa
● Quarterly bonus scheme

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
