Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 1445 - Hagerstown, MD 21740 Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Overview Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $18.50 per hour. About the Position HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores. Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report competitive insights and sales data to Retail Operations. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1‑year job experience, preferably in sales, retail, telecom, marketing, or customer service. Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy, outgoing personality eager to learn. Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products. Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
