Overview Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $18.00 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs). Work Location: BestBuy 281 – Minneapolis, MN 55423. HP and 2020 Companies partner to hire a Retail Sales Associate in your area. In this role, you will assist in driving sales, generating buzz around the HP brand and products, showcase product demos tailored to customer needs, build rapport with customers and collaborate with store management and staff.

Demonstrate HP products at BestBuy
Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff within the assigned store
Train retail store associates on HP products and services
Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness
Report and provide competitive insights to Retail Operations

Qualifications
Be a problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast
Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus
Training or product demonstration experience a plus
1‑year job experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experienceDemonstrated knowledge of products and services
Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
Job Responsibilities
Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs
Advise customers by providing information on products and services
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
Accurately document and report sales
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times
Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
Performance Measurements
Regular and prompt attendance
Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
