Responsibilities
• Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals. • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints • Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met • Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design • Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications Top 3 Hard Skills Required
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience of working with a multidisciplinary and cross product teams, delivering beautiful end-to-end user experiences across multiple screens 2. Minimum 2+ years Experience using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects as examples) 3. Minimum 2+ years Ability to lead products from scratch and improve features within a user-centred design process 4. Minimum 2+ years Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and direct contributions
