Partner with a high-performing team of data-driven demand generation media buyers, specializing in media across PC, console and mobile Set standards for demand generation media innovation across EA's campaign, including channel strategy, optimization levers and existing AI adoption Partner with platforms to prioritize demand generation media features for greater EA outcomes Develop EA strategies to optimize outcomes from media platform evolutions and industry updates Develop and gain alignment for Media Investment Framework, to be used by Franchise Directors in funnel allocations Set channel execution standards (Campaign set-up, Usage of platform features, measurement implementation, experimentation implementation, etc.) Cross-functional change management and remove barriers to functional best practices Develop training material and programs for Demand Generation buying skills and cross-train talent Qualifications
10+ years' experience in brand media, managing demand creation and demand conversion across PC, console and mobile games 5+ years of influencing senior leaders Experience managing AAA game media budgets Ownership, accountability & ability to solution complex problems In-depth understanding of user acquisition algorithms, Measurements, and creative best practices BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field Passion/knowledge for video games Pay Transparency & Benefits
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant factors. In the US and Canada, a package of benefits is offered to regular full-time employees, including medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, sick time, holidays, parental/bonding leave, and potential bonuses and equity where applicable. Benefits specifics vary by location. British Columbia (depending on location) CAD 160,700 – 224,700 California (depending on location) USD 182,600 – 276,300 Washington (depending on location) USD 175,600 – 233,600 Pay is one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, benefits include paid time off, sick time, holidays, parental leave, insurance, and 401(k). In Canada, benefits include vacation, sick time, top-up to EI/QPIP, extended health coverage, life insurance, and retirement plan. Some roles may be eligible for bonus and equity.
