Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Urology Physician, you will join CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group, part of CommonSpirit Health, in Lexington, Kentucky. You will practice General Urology in a supportive, patient-centered environment with a collaborative medical community, advanced technology, an established regional referral base, and the opportunity to shape your own practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Every day you will provide General Urology care through CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group and Saint Joseph Hospital, including practice at 211 Fountain Court in Lexington.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Urology physician with strong clinical skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and community service.

We are offering a competitive salary guarantee for up to three years, followed by a lucrative production model, with productivity and quality-based bonus opportunities. The recruitment package may include up to $200,000 in incentives through a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, a residency bonus, and relocation assistance. Benefits include one week of CME with a $4,000 allowance, 33 days of PTO plus six paid holidays, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, loan repayment and potential eligibility for federal and state student loan forgiveness programs, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and retirement options through Fidelity with up to a 3% match plus an additional annual company contribution equal to 3% of salary toward a 401(k) or pension plan. Final compensation and recruitment incentives will be discussed directly with qualified candidates and may vary based on experience, training, location, and specialty.
Job Requirements
Required
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
  • Active Medical License in the State of Kentucky, or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • DEA certificate
  • Completion of ACGME Urology Residency
